I've been searching everywhere for treatments of GSB most recommend crop rotation but Ive found one spot with some suggestions of Ridomil Gold, Maneb 80w and Bravo/terranil. Also solarization...I take this as black plastic covering? Is anyone familiar with these items and can they be tilled in to stop the infection next year or is two years fallow my best bet. thanks

Actually I think solarization includes clear plastic. I remember Rock Rivard mentioning it in a chat one time. He may be able to give you some tips.

Hey HH, I know your the guy when it comes to soil/plant treatments..almost all the sites I went through from a google search said crop rotation as the only Cure...I am sliding off my patch downhill a ways and would like to till in Fumigant for GSB and anthracnose would telone c-17 do the trick and do I need a license to use it! I'm paranoid that after two years that the GSB will slide into the new patch. The vines are totally choked with white gum only the tips are still open pipes so they continue to grow and the clog just keeps working its way down from pumpkin to pumpkin each ending up with black rot! Yikes! Chuck
