We have been looking for Merit to use this season and can not find any around here. Where is the best and cheapest place to purchase it? We have had serious bug issues the past two years, SVB and Squash bugs. I don't want to deal with them again....ever! Any help will be appreciated.

Make your own Garlic Juice. Stuff really works. Don young used it because nothing else would get rid of his bug problem last year

Don used Merit, Warrior, Talstar & Garlic Barrier...all at the same time!!! He had a cucumber beetle infestation of Biblical proportions & it really was the garlic barrier that finally drove the CBs away. Amazing!

I used to be the largest Merit salesperson on Earth. Now that the patents are expired I no longer sell it at all.

Mallet 2F ~ 60 oz bottle treats up to 3 acres for just $149

I doubt that eBay will have Merit for $50 an acre.

Check a good ag retailer & ask if they distribute NuFarm products. If they do then you're on the right track. If not you can aways resort to a mass merchant like Home Depot & ask for Bayer Season Long Grub Control.

Not labeled for use on pumpkins so don't try to sell them as edible. For that you need Admire.

Not much to it. Go to the store and buy three garlic bulbs. Peel the outside leaves off. Get your wifes blender out and put in about four cups of water. Break the garlic up before you put it in the blender. Let the blender run a while to grind it up really good. Get a gallon plastic jug and a funnel and pour the ground up garlic intot he jug and fill with water. Leave about a inch from the top. Shake it up and let it set to Spring. Then get a strainer and strain the solids off. I used 1/4 cup in my Stihl backpack blower. Never saw hardly any cucumber bettles last year after using it. You can also do a web search on make your own garlic tea.
