milford, CT,

I thought I'd share this with everyone. This website is really great and their prices are very competitive. I've bought from them and service is excellent.

I sell post-patent Menace for $68/gallon. $169 is highway robery! We sell the original Talstar One for $115. LOL

I would question the legality of these sales. The 7.9% Bifenhrin products are restricted use in many states. I'll try researching this by the light of day.

Ah...

This from their website:

NOT FOR SALE IN: AK, AR, MN, NH, NY, OR, SD, MA, CT, SC, VT, HI

milford, CT,

Tremor,

That must be true but...I bought the quart size for $44 which which I thought was a fair price. Since it is not available at local nurseries I thought others might find this a usefule website. If I was wrong...my bad...just passing on information. I don't know about everyone else but sometimes it is tough finding some of the products that we use.

I'm not trying to harp on you Mark. By their own admission they can't legally ship talstar into CT if you don't have a license but they did anyway. WTF?

I can't stand that these guys are flagrantly breaking Federal Law with their interstate commerce of restricted use pesticides. Here I have a brick & mortar business that creates jobs right here in CT. As such we get inspected by the CT DEP a couple times a year (4 hours is the norm) whereupon we have to show all of our sales of these items. If I get snagged shipping a bottle ANYWHERE without a pesticide license on file then I pay fines &/or surrender my own license. Just having paid $500 to renew these licenses makes my skin crawl when I consider that DIY Pest Control incurs none of these expenses & yet reaps higher profits to boot.

You're not wrong for helping. DIY & eBay merchants are wrong for breaking the law.

The law itself is flawed too but that's fodder for a different audience. LOL

I went out and took the 40 hr class and 2-3 dec tests to get my licence....over 400 dollars and 60 hrs all tolled. Then, I have to get updating "credits" by attending stupid lectures on how a brown beetle is not a black beetle at ungodly costs per credit. Just so I can be withing the law. A law that requires I do this to spray and notify my nieghbors days in advance, all around my house(5 houses) , supply them with what Im using, when Im using it, posting on my property and distributing msds's to all who ask--- just so I can spread LIME on my lawn each year is stupid and why I will support the above mentioned ebayers whenever I can. Stupidity at its finest.

I would start with 1/4-1/3 ounce per gallon. You could go as high as 1/2 ounce per gallon, but usually 1/4 ounce is all you need.

Ditto the .25 - .33 rate. However I have used 1 entire oz when spider mites are present. Not great for the leaves but better than leaving the mites there.
