been in the patch all morning. never saw a one of them devils. just when finishing up and ready to go in to relax, i saw something hovering over by one of my plants on the other side of the patch. figured it to be a dragon fly or big bumble bee cuz they been around for days. went over to check it out anyways. there it was sitting on top of one of my leafs. grabbed a newspaper out of the garbage and missed it. chased it from plant to plant for over a half hour and it ended up flying over the house. them red bellied devils are here. i am glad it got a taste of demand cs that was sprayed last night. please take my advice....spray tonight if you haven't already. they will ruin all the hard work you have put in so far this year.

Dang you didn't bag her... the ones here are no where NEAR a bumble size. Hope you made things unpleasant for any coming back to visit!

Got one today on my Frantz killed it with bare hands. Will be counting and watching out soon. Becky bought herself and electric fly swatter to kill the little beasties. We lost our merit so I had to order new stuff. When it gets here sometime next week its going down on all the plants then hopefully if she laid anything they will die. If not then I will be out there like last yr finding the holes and digging em out with nails LOL. Good news is I can find a SVB hole without even bending over so its good news to my bad back.
