I don't have many problems with insects or fungicides and I am getting ready to pollinate my plant, but should I regularly apply fungicides and insecticides to my plant even though I don't have any problems right now? I appreciate any help.

The idea is to keep the plant as pristine and productive as long as possible. A regular regimen of both will maintain the plants leaves in the best shape. Once powdery mildew arrives although it may be contained it can't be stopped. Start the fungicides at least two weeks before the onset of PM. You're cucumber beetles are only the start of Bug pressure if you're east of the rockies then The SVB's will find you and the vine will be under attack.
