What type of insect is shown in the first picture and do you think they are causing the leaf damage?

I have been spaying the plants with a three in one fungicide, insecticide and miticide.

Thank you in advance

Try shaking & gently tapping the leaves over a white sheet of paper. Then use a hand lens in a still area (no wind). You're looking for the "dots" that appear smaller than grains of sand. Do some of them move?

Tremor,

Here are my findings.
I found a number of different items on my sheet of paper.
All dead, but I had sprayed last evening.
3 winged insects just larger then a grain of sand all different.
1 very small insect dark in color appers to be winged also

Numberus small pices of debris I am assuming is dirt, we had some hard rains lately.

and a few very small grains of something that appears translucent.

It looks to me as a potential magnesium deficiency. I had one last year that looked similar. Start a drench with epsom salts and this should clear it up on the new growth. My old growth started shredding where the greyish dots were and I lost all the leaves on the main vine. The plant still grew a nice 763 pound pumpkin though.

VTJohn,

Thank you, I applied Ironite mineral supplement to the plot, all new growth has been nice and dark green, with no sign of yellowing except on the leaves the were first involved.
By the way those leaves are dying off slowly.
