on my back up plants only i discovered these things. there eggs are under the leaves in symetrical like bunches, barely the size of a seasame seed. the bugs seeemed to hang out near the eggs. egg colors are brick red. anybody know what these are and what i should do?

the little "crab" is a squash bug, aka stink bug....the eggs are squash vine borer eggs. squash everyone you see....and start spraying or your crop may be doomed

Stink bugs are not the same as vine borers....both are bad though...
