I have an abundance of teeny tiny little bee like insects all over the patch as well as fire flys .Are these a threat ?any help is appreciated.

Fire flys do no damage, their larvae eat other insects. As for the little tiney bees, we call them sweat bees. I would say any type of bee would be good for your garden. But if you could post a pic that would be great.

i've seen a few more tiny bees this year than normal, maybe i just never noticed them before. i don't think these ones are sweat bees, but i'm not sure.

I will try to get a pic tomorrow after work .It looks as if they are sitting on the leaves ,I cant tell if they are eating or what.I will try tomorrow.
