Hi there I come from New Zealand and we grow our pumpkins from October till April.I have a pumpkin that is 82 days old and it needs to be kept for 45 more days till weigh off. What is the best way to do this? Its est 440 lbs.

On the vine if it is still healthy and growing.

Many fruit reach 120+ these days.

Make sure to disinfect the fruit once a week. Mild Bleach works well. Watch the stem very closely...Mark

if it is getting hot, cut it and put in the basement/root cellar keep her cool, that is critical
