I just added a pic to my diary of some damage to my vine.
Is it squash bug, cuke beetles or what? I already lost a vine to a bore I cant afford to lose another. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated :)

squash bug eggs, get rid of them. Use your fingers to sqash them and start a spray program

Ive been dusting with Sevin-5 but it clearly wasnt getting the job done. Im now trying the liquid Sevin, hopefully that will do better than the dust.

Sevin in the evening, it can burn the leaves when its sunny out. I use Triacizide you can find it at Lowes or Home Depot. I havent found it this year at walmart tho.
Good luck. If you have removed those eggs, you better. You can squish them with your fingers..Stevann
