Can also to be a problem when the stalk is to tall betwen the root from leafs (during the first grow in the pot) before the trasplant, I see some time it when the plant stay to much in the pot, so during the transplanting time we have to do a deep hole for to cover all the stalk till the leafes
But it is just my thought.... sorry for english
