Just found vertical crack in my slowest grower. I'm using Captan as a paste, popsical sticks and tape to minimize further damage.

Can someone tell me what else I can do?

Prayer, and due dilligence to keep it from getting worse!! I am assuming that vertical means across the stem, and if so is worse then a longitudinal split. Hope you can save her, but across the main is a tough one. Grow em BIG!!! Peace, Wayne
PS...due dilligence, I would dust w/ the captan, and put a fan on er!!! Hope this helps!!!
