Not sure what the heck they are but they are sucking the juices right outta my leaves! They are jet black, they hop when you try and touch them. They almost look like teeny tiny little crickets but their not. About the size of a small brown ant. Any ideas?

I know what aphids look like. I have them on my maters every year.LOL Def flea beetles. I have never had issues with these before. Neem oil did the trick, their gone. Thanks guys.
