Subject: Can Organic PM Controls Be Applied in the AM?

I'm referring to milk, baking soda, and cornmeal solutions in specific, or any other concoctions that are out there for organic growers.
The PM refers to powdery mildew, I'm not trying to make a bad pun.

The only draw back to applying in the morning is that the dew might make it sit on the end of the leaves and burn the edges. If its a cloudy day I have sprayed some but mostly spray 3 hours before dusk so it will dry and on not high heat days.

Milk is OK at any time of day. Mix 10-40% of low fat with water.
