I'd like to know if any one can tell me why my leaves are starting to get discoloration patches on them and out of shape leaves? My plant was growing perfect until two days ago it started with one leaf and the next day it had spread to a bunch of leaves. I posted a picture of a leaf in the photo gallery. Any ideas on what is happening would be greatly appreciated.

I had one leaf do that too. It was right after I dusted with bug-b-gon, I figured that I used to much and burnt the leaf so I switched to Isotox, a spray, and I have not had anymore problems with it.

Hi Buzz' Bummer it looks just like Powery mildew to me. Look under a infected leaf and see if you can spot any light "Comet" looking stuff... If it is Powdery or Downy mildew rush to the local garden center and get some Daconil and spray the plant. It still could be sun scorch it's hard to tell by the picture. Just look for mildew under the leaf.
Best of luck.

HI Buzz:
It's just a guess but it looks like heat burn from a real hot day..I've had it in the past, and have a few distorted leafs on my plant now from a hot day 2 days ago.Heat burn usually affects the newer growth on the vine tips and maybe the smaller leafs in from the tip a foot or so.When your plants get large and you've got 15 or 20 secondary vines and it hits 95 out and you return home from work to find severly wilted vine tips, it's the heat.I don't know your location but if it gets hot where you are i'd rig up some shade cloth and keep the vine tips shaded on the hot days. Also when spray insecticides i never spray the new growth on the vine tips usaully spray in a foot or better once those leafs get a bit larger then spray.Hope this helped a bit. It's just a guess.Best of luck.John G...
