can I spray a systemic (Bayer T&S) and a foliar (cyonara) insecticide on the same day? Would that put too much stress on the plant??

As long as it is not sunny it should be OK, and you are mixing to exact formulas. More is not better...

Thank you :) I was planning to drench the Bayer T&S and immediately after that foliar spray the cyonara. Just wanted to make sure I wouldnt do any damage. The heat is doing enough without me adding more stress to the plant.

I would use caution doing things like that. Steven Connelly mixed some stuff up and applied it to his 1674, The leaves before the pumpkin died and the plant had to back feed the rest of the year. Not saying thats gonna happen with you but please check before you start mixing chemicals, just to be safe.

Mixing bug spray like Tammy proposes above isn't a problem. Mixing disease control products like aluminum and copper is a problem.

I would apply the drench then apply the foliar...otherwise you are washing off your contact spray.

I applied the Bayer T&S directly to the soil and didnt put any on the leaves (at least I tried not to) then watered it in. About 30 minutes later when the leaves where dry I sprayed Cyonara on the leaves. The plant looks fine today. (knock on wood)

Kenny thats very good advice, I try not to mix things if I can help it. I learned about that the hard way cleaning with bleach and ammonia as a teenager. Thats not a lesson you soon forget! lol
