As the tips of my vines grow they come out with a dried white residue, is this aphid damage? I think the problem has stopped some secondarys growth, killed the secondary possibly? |

sounds more like a mold or mildew of some sort to me. Aphid infestions leave lots of old exoskeletons when they molt and leave. |
