My thoughts are it's a genetic anomally. while some plants create giant fruit with no seeds. others create giant plants with no fruit. It doesnt happen very often but when it does it sux.

I have a plant where the flowers simply don't develop. I've had some females, and many male flowers, but all die long before opening. Is this a sterility problem?
