So far over the last few weeks I've had no problems and my plants have been growing picture perfect. Suddenly, both developed leaves and new leaves have holes in one plant. Some new leaves are at the point that there isn't much left. I don't think that it's insects, as the problem seems to be only on one plant. Now in the last couple of days, I have developed leaves at the root turning yellow and dieing now. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Would there be any relation to the leaves at the root of the plant turning yellow and dieing or is that a seperate issue all together?

The oldest leaves will start yellowing and dying as they age. Perfectly normal. Just prune them off.

I had the same issue earlier this year. If you look closely you will see a tiny red beetle that moves extremely fast. They are very very tiny and seem to be found in organic matter. If you have dead or rotting plant material you will attract them. I finally had to break out the seven to protect my leaves from them. I don't like to use seven but the systemics I use did no good. They really like the new leaf growth and will actually eat the leaves before they even open. They live in the soil and burrow like ants and cause a lot of damage unless you really get after them. If you have any old plant material laying around, look underneath, you will find the source of your problem.

Looks to me like you might have had a caterpiller up in the tip of the vine that chewed on the leaf when it was very small.
