My pumpkins have yellow spots on the leaves. I initially noticed these before transplanting them outside. Subsequently the spots appeared in all plants in that hill, even the ones that were direct seeded in that hill. It starts as small yellow spots in the midportion of the leaves and they subsquently grow together sparing only the leave veins. Eventually the leaves turn brown and die. The stems also seem to be yellow. The affected plant is smaller then the "good" plant in the adjacent hill (but I've seen several spots beginning to develop on this good plant). Does anybody have any idea what this is and better yet what to do about it?

I have added two photos to the photo gallery that show the yellow spots.

How much fertilizer are you using, and what kind? What have the temperatures been like in your area?

I have been using about 2 gallons of Miracle Grow 15-30-15 on a weekly basis(four weeks). High temperatures have been cool (70-75) for most of the time, I've had several periods of 2-3 days where the highs have been in the mid sixties, its been in the low 80's for only 4-5 days. Plants have been in a cold frame up until 10 days ago.
