Anyone in the Southern Appalchian Mtn. region ever seen SVB here?I've never seen anything but some squash bugs, cuke beetles, aphids, and whiteflies in this area, elevation >2500 ft.

Well, I answered my own question when I went to the patch after work. Sitting in the rain on my 709 McCallum...there she sat.

they are like a mosquito..if they land then a egg has been laid..i spray every day almost with isotox on the new growth hoping it will kill the little grubby bastards. i spray the whole plant about once a week just for good measure. i'm probably gonna O.D. my plant, but if i do i'll have the satisfaction that i killed it and not the S.V.B'S
