Last year grew AG's and had no trouble setting fruit, Untill something seemed to eat all of the yellow glossy skin of of the baby pumpkin!!! i tried covering a pumpkimn with a piece of cloth and nothing happend... it was fine and started to grow, so i took the cloth off and the skin got eaten off. does anybody now what could have caused this and how to prevent it??? i have a lot of chipmonks near my patch but i thought it was a bug?

Sounds like chipmunks! Place some rodex around in old empty cans (so it doesn't get wet.) Also bait a rat trap with an apple slice, but seeds MUST show, they love the seeds!
