Noticed an infestation of yellow stripped cucumber beetles in patch never seen them before in these numbers plants were covered, I hit them with a mixture of Bonide systemic never used this stuff before has anyone used it how well does it work?
The bottle called for a mix rate of 1 lf oz per gallon of water, my plants are still small so I only needed 1 liter of water, So i mixed 10 ml to 1 liter of water mixed well and hit the plants with good coverage you should have seen those suckers flying off the plants LOL its been raining alot here latley so i kinda wanted to use something that was systemic i have sevin and matador which i may end up useing if this stuff doesnt work, just wondering if anyone has used this product and does it work well for cucumber beetles?
if it doesnt work how many days should i wait before i apply a product like sevin or matador?
Thanks Dave

Be sure to check your vines, they will chew on them and open your vines to disease. Good luck. You could also use some garlic spray to chase them away while you are waiting to time to pass to use a chemical spray again.

I had a bunch of them today for first time, But a lot of them are dead. I had applied Bayer Tree and Shrub around the 2nd of May as a drench, seems to be working. I will probably hit them with a contact after we work on them tomorro.
