I wanted to hold off on my tissue test for a couple weeks until the plants really get going. The problem I'm having is that my leaves on two of my four plants have that mottled greenish yellow color. My ph was fairly high, if I remember right 7.2 or 7.3 and I was low on manganese. Could this be what is causing the mottled coloration for lack of nutrient uptake or am I facing a different battle with mosaic?

As always a few questions from my end...

1.)    Where are the leaves located? (Base, newer growth, randomly, other)

2.)    What has the insect pressure been so far this year? (Also what type of insects)

3.)    Is the problem spreading within the plants showing this coloration? (if so, what is the rate of spreading?)

4.)    When did you notice the problem?

5.)    Can you post a picture and link? (This is always helpful)

Manganese did exactly what you describe to me last year. Fruits will not set, Plants lack Chlorophyl..Plant was healthy green until it cam to setting fruit. Females would abort prior to opening.

You can treat the plant with Liquid Iron, or correct the soil.

It looks exactly like Mosiac..

Looks like a plant after you spray round up..

Matt, I may still have your email address, you helped me out a lot a couple years back. I will shoot you an email once I take pictures later. Thank you both for your responses. Linus, Did you ever get the plant corrected?

Nope...the plant continued to abort...while I figured out what was going on..Tissue test came back negative for mosiac..sprayed liquid iron foliar and got a few 200lbers waste of a 1421 stelts plant. The seeds were also not formed.
