I checked the leaf problem .pdf file and nothing really looked the exact same as my problem. BUT, I am an extreme novice! I have noticed that the spots are now appearing on the leaves as they form on the main vine, so I think that rules out insect damage.
Like I said before, I'm a novice to this, so I did not do a soil sample before planting, heck I just got the seeds from a co-worker and decided to give it a shot.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! There are a few pictures in my diary. It was really windy when I took the pictures so a few of the leaves had some sand on them.

Might be low magnesium. You could get some epsom salts or a mg supplement and water it in every couple of weeks and see if they green up. Worked for me anyways.

I typically see this in the early stages of growth, especially if plants are in the cold-frames and for the most part this is in the “do not worry about it” category. My guess is that it is some sort of nutrient lock up as it is not a disease.
If you had some micro-nutrients I would apply some as I cannot find any one particular nutrient that matches the yellow splotches on the leaves.

I had the same thing on one of my plants. I sprayed with Cal / Mag that I got from the Extreme pumpkin store. The next leaves that came out were fine. Here's a link to what I used.

Classic genetic yellowing that some plants show and others don't IMHO...Good luck! 10+ yr grower.
