Each state gets to mandate how they dole out licenses and the requirements. (hopefully it stays this way.) In CT there has been a recent movement to give individual towns jurisdiction, and the federal government is always wanting to complicate things as well. Go to the Colorado state website and do a site search for pesticide licenses. You will find out what you need to know there.

Nah Wiz. I just make sure I'm upwind when spraying with the Stihl and don't re-enter until all foliage is dry.
