Hey Tremor...you mentioned using these products. I picked them up today from my local Lesco shop. What mixing ratios do you use? Can they be applied together? For insects, I also have available to buy Merit 75 WP and Talstar. What do you think of Talstar lets say in comparison to Triazicide or Sevin? I posted some pics of my leaf problems in my diary. I would like to spray very soon, because things are getting way out of control. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Also for insects should I be considering Battle/Scimitar/Warrior-T with the active ingredient Llamda cyhalothrin?

Eagle = .9 grams or about one fifth teaspoon per gallon.
Mancozeb 4F (liquid) is .4 fluid oz. per gallon
Mancozeb DG is .25 oz or about one half teaspoon per gallon.

Yes to the Llambda-cyhalothrin if you can find it. I mix them all together & spray weekly. Though I've now switched to Capture (aka Talstar) since I did find a few mites on the Catalpa Tree the adjoins my patch. NO INSECTS OR DISEASES AT ALL THIS YEAR. For the first time ever too.

Thank you for your patronage.

Be careful & grow well.

Steve

Steve, if you do any fishing, and you have a Catapla tree. Those "catapla worms" are an excellent fish bailt!! ESP for fishing for catfish. Just an F.Y.I

I'd pay good money to have an infestation of Catalpa Worms here. Never seen even one. And that's too bad. They'd increase the patch sunlight & our take of those barbed croakers at the pond down the street.

Well..spent 5 hours last night spraying EVERY leaf surface! I had a 1000w work light out there spraying until 2 AM! I sure hope it works. Tremor, how long does it usually take before I can see the disease stop spreading? Also, how often should I reapply? Thanks!

With the high humidity (over 80%) we experienced for over 10 consecutive days, I sprayed every 5 days. Now that it's broken maybe every 7-10 then later maybe every 14.

2-3 days & the new sysmptoms should stop.
