The forecast calls for overnight temps in the low forties and windy. Meanwhile I have two plants with mains starting to climb the walls of the hoops. I am somewhat concerned with letting them out in the world. What would you do?

I would wait a couple of days for the temps to warm before letting them out. I did it last week and now will be covering the next couple of nights just in case with the temps to be in the middle 30's

Just finished jerry-rigging an extension to my hoop house here. Roll up the sides and do what you have to to provide cover for as long as possible here in New England...just my 2 cents worth! Took a chance and removed the hoop house heaters today because it looks like we're over the worst. Good luck!
