Can I spray cleary's or subdue, or does it need to be drenched? 10" of rain in two weeks with 2.5 last night my patch is already drenched.

My understanding is they are drenches. I know what you mean about all the rain, when that happens the last thing you want to do is put down more water, that's why I prefer the granular versions of those 2 fungicides. That way you can put them down prior to rain or watering and get them where they need to go. Aliette is a good sprayable systemic fungicide.

When in doubt go to the label...
Cleary's 3336 http://www.clearychemical.com/support/label/4151SL.pdf
Subdue: http://www.cdms.net/LabelsMsds/LMDefault.aspx?pd=3198&t=
Both have drench and foliage application recommendations.
