Hi everyone I have a 3 dap pumpkin set and it looks very healthy , growing very nice, pumpkin was pollinated early morning and the flower was removed that night, looks like the lobes are a little discolored and a little soft, the lobes are about 1 inch from the pumpkin, is there anything I should or can do to make sure it does not rot? or is this normal, thanks to anyone who helps :)

Keep it dry, use some sulfur, and put a fan on it

if you notice any rot at all on the button stem itself, cut it off quick and sulfur, dry and fan
