Its not too strong, but you have to mix it properly. I used the it one and 1/8 teaspoon per gallon. It is 7.9% compared to 25.1% so you would use a 1/8 teaspoon in 3 gallons. But my mix may be a little strong so if you use it do your own math. The powder people used is 75% and they used 1/8 teaspoon in 5 gallons.

Yes then just add your own water to get the correct percentage concentration
