Hey folks, Every season I seem to get these small holes in the veins of leaves and have no clue what causes them. Anyone have and idea? Note, they all form in the veins. http://z6.invisionfree.com/MEPGO/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=22002216 The plant has not been sprayed with anything yet. It has a heating cable in the soil and has been warm at night with a heater in the hoop house. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I showed someone last year something similar on my pumpkin leaves, looked just like those 'liitle slices' in your leaves. I was told it was from excess Nitrogen.

Thanks LB. Thank would make sense. Leaves look a little bloated and I did use a fair amount of cow manure in that patch.

Do you use sticks to pin the vine down? If so I'd bet when the wind blows the leaves are getting poked by them.
