Few quick questions:
-Is this happening on all leaves or just one or two?
-How fast is it progressing?
-What have you applied to the plants over the last 2-weeks?
-How does the underside of the leaf look?
These are a start;-)

This is an easy one...
If just one leaf is "infected" remove the leaf and now you have a clean plant;-)
Odds are this leaf received a slightly concentrated mix of the application you made and as a result it burned the leaf.

How do I treat seed corn maggots I found in the soil near the base of my plants? If I use insecticide, I may kill the beneficial beetles craving the maggots for lunch. I am also noticing a high level of yellowing along vine, some in more mature leaves. I sprayed with seven and daconil more for the squash bugs and vine borers. I also removed damaged leaves and buried my main and secondary vines. At the present, I have a pollinated a female on the 9th of July. Please help!!
