for the last two years I have had plants in one corner of my patch suddenly wilt and die. they look normal one day and then the whole plant wilts all at once. I'm growing a row of cucumbers and Tomatoes through that area this year. all of the cucumbers collapsed, rutgers tomatoes collapsed, Goliath tomatoes did not. neither did zucchini.
Is it likely Phtophthora/ Pithium and is rotating Subdue and agri-phos a good treatment plan? I am about to rotate to another patch. is there a crop that is immune to these diseases that can help eliminate them?

Sounds like phytophthora. How does this area of the patch drain?

It doesn't drain. I grow everything in raised beds because nothing drains. I checked again today and one zucchini is failing and the tomatoes that wilted were two each of Rutgers and Goliath.
My biggest worry is one of my plants will eventually reach into this area unless I angle all the plants away and leave the corner empty.. Even then roots will grow into the area. What can I do to prevent infection this year and what can I grow next year that won't be infected.
