Some insecticide in the pyrethrin class.Ive been having my best squash bug control in years by spraying Talstar(bifenthrin) once a week since the plants have been out of the greenhouse. 1/4 oz per gallon. You have to kill the juveniles so they don't overwinter and get you next year. Merit as a systemic may kill juvenilles that are under some leaves as we speak.I have also sprayed(talstar)along the garden edges wheres theres boards, clutter other vegetation. Squash bugs like to hide and overwinter under anything

Merit and Triazicide has kept them out of my yard. The merit gets the drunk so they are on the top of the leaves. The triazicide kills the adult and eggs.

Triazicide and cyanara and warrior 2 are all good. Ive used warrior 2 found that it mottled the young leaves at 1/4 or 1/8 oz per gallon so went back to talstar.
