Hi guys, thanks for reading my post.
I am starting my second year growing AG, this will be my first serious year where I prepare before starting out.
In Arkansas, last yeah my main issues were with SVB (3 waves 3 weeks apart) and PM that allowed other diseases to set in.
My plan this year is to start preventative spraying to head off any issues, and I was hoping to run this by yall for comments.
For insects, specifically SVB, looks like:
Merit (imidacloprid) and Talstar (Bifenthrin) for a contact and systemic application. Both of these for sale on Amazon under a generic "Compare and Save" brand.
PM Fungus:
Spectracide 51000 (chlorothionil) and Bonide Infuse (??) for a contact and systemic application. Theres also milk, and sodium bicarbonate that I can throw into the mix.
Im reading straight Sulfur power is good for any open wounds on the pumpkin and stem/vine in case the borers get in.
Is there any recommendations you can make for this regiment?
Can I mix this all together with my foilar fert regiment or do I need a seperate dedicated sprayer for some of these items?
Thank you for any help or recommendations!

Just went through my pesticide applicators training class to get certified to use Restricted Use pesticides. One of the things that stuck out was the presenter made it clear that problems can occur with insecticides and fungicides when you put them in with soluble fertilizer mixes. I really hurt some plants early last year and I think this was the problem.

From what I've read, it seems like the fungicides can be included with the foilar ferts, but the inecticides must be secluded to their own applicator. Would you agree?
