Light green mixed with dark green areas on leaf. First true leaf, 8" in diameter. 16 days since seed.

With no other info to go on I would guess glysophate damage?

Sorry no one responded earlier it must have gotten overlooked. If it was roundup damage the leaves would have turned bleached white in the affected areas. Did that happen? I would not expect that the whole plant died even a young one if only one leaf was hit. Otherwise probably some form of spray damage. The affected areas seem too irregular to be any disease I am familiar with.

I remember Matt D talking about funky yellow leaves on early leaves...should work itself out was my recollection.
