Subject: Vine split at stump what do I do ?

Some of my leaves look like I have gummy stem around the stum area,my be 20 leaves affected ,do I cut those off? What do I Do about my stump. I have been usung , companion and actinovate, but I havent been soil drenching just foiler, just did a root drech to day with companion. |

phosphite (drench and foliar) will slow it down if it is gummy stem, not sure anything will cure it. |
