Lady bugs, lacewings, horticultural oils, insecticidal soap...
They have an incredibly fast life cycle from egg to adult, so can become a problem quickly if left for too long. They have a piercing/sucking mouthpart and feed specifically in the phloem, so systemic also work well as long as you don't have beneficial insects also feeding on the aphids.
Pretty common for them to find their way in, one of top ten greenhouse pests. Good luck!

Put your plants outside if you can. They don't like the harsh outdoor environment as much, plus there might be some beneficial insects that will help out too. Aphids are a big problem in my greenhouse but I usually don't have as big a problem once the plants are planted out. If you aren't going to eat the plants you can use a systemic like merit. Like Dustin said, Soaps and oils work but can be hard on the plants, so be careful.
