Does Bifen penetrate squash bug eggs? I scraped them off anyway but just curious if I needed to after soaking them.

From the Q and A section of domyownpestcontrol----Bifen IT is not labeled to kill stink bug eggs only the active nymphs and the adults. Most insecticides will not kill insect eggs because the outer shells of the insect eggs protect them from the insecticides.---I think they should die quickly after they get the dried product on themselves
