My plants were overun by these evil pests last year. How can I get a jump on them this year?

Warrior, Scimitar, or Triazicide are the best products in my book. All have lambda cyhalothrin(sp?) as their active indgedient. Triazicide is available through many Lowe's stores. Scimitar is a little tougher to get, gotta get it at a co-op or something, maybe you can find it online? Maybe Tremor has some of it that he sells?

I only have about 400 square feet of garden space, how much would I have to apply? I also let my vines grow out on my lawn, I`m assuming I would have to treat the lawn too?
