Baitman thinks its chemical spray damage with excessive nitrogen.
Its possible there's too much nitrogen since I used homemade chicken compost. I've only sprayed once, but that could have done it.

In the last picture you post edit is clear to me that it is from something sprayed on the leaves. I have done it myself before. Over all I see no rason to worry, your plants look good. WHen applying foliar you really need to know the concentration of what is going on the leaves. If you aren't sure how concentrated it is just spray it into the soil. It's much harder to burn things that way. You would have to be grossly over doing it. Guys have success using foliar but they are using products that they can dilute exactly how they want to. WHen you make your own, it is always a guessing game.

Puddles of chemicals will burn the leaves, chemicals can run down a leaf and cause an excess in one area. Either spray a lighter amount or immediately come back and blow off the leaves with a leaf blower

That makes sense. Thank you. It was my first time mixing foliar pesticide.

I'm not convinced this is foliar. Theres something in the soil because new growth is doing the same. Yellowing and holes...the only option is the calcium or alfalfa pellets I tilled in. Is calcium toxicity a real thing?

It was a magnesium def. After one application of Epson salt, the plant turned a 180. Some leaves have holes, but they seem healed and green again.
