Now that Bayer has purchased Gustafson, we can expect to hear a lot more noise about this. Gaucho is a seed treatment of Imidacloprid Insecticide(Merit, Admire, etc) & Mancozeb Fungicide (Mancozeb, Dithane, etc) for use as a seed treatment.

What I find striking is that the resulting plants are more vigorous even if no insect pressure exists. Hmmmmmm. Maybe Len Stellpflug's article was way before it's time?
