Noticed these white spots on my leaves about a week after transplanting. Most leaves have the small white dots, but one leaf that is shaded had a pretty bad looking rotten spot. The only fungicide I could find at my local store was Bonide sulfer-based spray, no idea if it will even work because I'm not sure what I'm battling here! Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated. :)

Looks to be leaf burn. Did you fertilize recently? Sometimes if you splash fertilizer on a leaf at the wrong time it will burn. Same with water if it is not filtered. Have you checked the temperature inside of the hoop house during the day? I have found they can get up to 150 degrees F on a 50 degree day.

Just saw the other post. The plants will rebound and they look pretty good even with those spots. Powdery mildew is rare at this stage. I had it once, but that is 1/100 plants for me. Could still be heat.

Along with the sunburn it looks like it was rubbing on something. Yellow cots and bloated leaf, could it be over watering?

I agree looks like the plant has had plenty of water. Excess water stresses the roots a bit and then the leaves get a little less robust. Very common issue when they are small plants.

I don't see any powdery. Your leaves do look a bit burnt up and tired. (not a big deal) Probably from some fertilizer or pesticide that was put on the leaves, could also be sunburn like mentioned above. Your plant is a bit yellow, a shot of Nitrogen, something like miracle grow would help. All in all just keep doing what your doing. It is super easy to over think things especially early on in the season. A photo of the whole plant would help us to assess things a little better.

Thanks for the peace of mind everyone! It's very possible I have been over watering it... giving it too much love haha - and sunburn is definitely possible as they get about 8 hours of direct sunlight on bright days when I have the hoop house open. I will give it a little more nitrogen and keep an eye on the temps inside the hoop house during the day. Great advice, thank you all!
