I'm not familiar with the condition/disease these are experiencing.
Anyone have an idea on what is happening?
The plants are growing extremely slowly and the major leaves are a yellowish/light green color, not the deep green you would expect.

My guess the smaller yellow ones have root damage. Mole? Excess moisture?
No clue on the other. Ph low perhaps? The wood chips are a red flag for low nitrogen and low ph unless you've limed sufficiently.

Calcium nitrate, magnesium sulfate, and iron...for green color... but if the ph is too badly off in either direction you'll really struggle.

I spy a LOT of wood chips. Unless that stuff is just a top dressing, you have almost no nitrogen near the root zone.
