I was wondering if any one could help me figure out why the pumkins stop growing around 200 pounds. Plants are healthy and are fertilized regularly. Help please.

My pumpkins stopped growing last year on Sept.3. I think the reason was cucumber beetles and possibly squash vine borers. The damage these two do sometimes takes weeks or longer to show up!

AG pumpkins will stop growing in response to many types of stress like heat, dryness, fertilizer burn, diseases, fungus, and insect attack. They also only grow for about 60 days before maturing.
