After applying Merit. Can you till the ground after spraying and not harm its affects? If you can how soon after?

Any time so long as the soil isn't significantly redistributed. If large quantities of soil with Merit in the profile are moved, then the Merit goes with it. So I guess you could say that neatness counts more now.

Give the choice, I'd say finish tilling first, then apply.
