I've been using it for 3 years now with no ill effects and great control of PM. This year at the curative rate of 1-1/4 oz/gal + Hawkeye I toasted all of the mature leaves on 1 plant. Now I truely do have "A tear in my beer".

If the wilt is extreme, I'd play it safe and remove the leaf. Also check for evidence of vine borer when you cut it off.
