What can I put On my pumpkins to keep the ants off and not hurt them(the pumpkin that is).Or will they not harm the pumpkins?

Ants shouldn't do any harm to a pumpkin.

The ants could be farming aphids though.

Seedy, i have them little tiny ants too, well did, I sprayed a little sevien(i have the liquid sevien) in the sand my pumpkin is siting on and havnt seen one since, only time I seem to see them though is like a couple days after i spray molasses.
