There is a new email virus on the loose that impersonates people you may know by stealing addresses in address books.
The best way to protect yourself from these viruses is by using anti-virus software along with keeping your virus definition files current. I recommend Norton Anti-Virus 2002.
If you think you have the Klez virus, you can use the utility on this page to remove it:

My virus signatures are up to date and a complete scan of my computer comes up clean. Every registered user of this site, over 6000, potentially has my email address in their address book. I believe some users of this site have the Klez virus and the virus is selecting my address from their address book. If you use Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express you MUST get the latest patches.

blkcloud,
I would think that you may not have the virus but someone that has you and ken@bigpumpkins.com in their address book does. It may be hard to figure out who but rest assured...it is not me:) Most (if not all) of these viruses target Outlook and I use Eudora. You may keep getting those e-mails until this person cleans their system.

blkcloud, like you stated before in an old question somewhere, theres always a blkcloud over me or something to that effect. Maybe you should change your name. momma always told me that theres 2 good days for every 1 bad day. Sounds like your getting it out of your system. Life should be very good for you sooooooon!

LOL ! I read this somewhere: definition: Lottery- an optional tax that some people, who aren't very good at math, willing pay.
but like the commericals and my mother in law says- you can't win, if you don't play. :)
